The Diabetes Coalition of Palm Beach County is hosting its third annual Diabetes Educational Symposium for healthcare providers and professionals on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 8:00 am – 4:45 pm. The symposium will once again be held at Scripps Research Institute.

This year’s program is:

Advancing New Frontiers for Professionals
Contemporary and Emerging Developments is the Prevention and Management of Diabetes

Program topics will include:

  • Keynote Address to encompass the entire theme – 2018 Diabetes New Standards of Care
  • The Current State of Diabetes In Palm Beach County: The Diabetes Coalition’s Community Impact
  • The Connection Between Diabetes and Other Medical Conditions and Health Outcomes
  • Impact of Cutting-Edge Research, Technologies, and Treatment Strategies on Diabetes Prevention and Care
  • Advances in Pharmacological Solutions in Diabetes Management
  • The Latest Dietary Protocols for Diabetes Management

We would like to invite those healthcare providers, researchers, and other healthcare professionals interested in presenting at the 2018 Diabetes Educational Symposium to please provide the following information to the Coalition for consideration.

The program format will include both individual lecturers and panel discussions.

Interested speakers are asked to provide the following information. To be considered all information must be included.

Completed Speaker Forms must be Submitted by Friday February 16, 2018.
